What part of this patch is major?
Apart from a few new enemies, and a difficulty level, what else is new?

Nerf the I-breaker

What's funny is they can't play diff9 so it's very probably diff 10 was never even tested. Just up some numbers in a config somewhere
They added the new bases to D10 exclusively, so it probably was tasted at least somewhat.
I think making the "its major" statement, developers focused based on "how much work it was to get it done", rather than think about how much new content it its for the players. They did overreacted tho telling everyone it was a HUGE MAJOR Update.
With a Game Trailer, which also could be seen on E3 and the announced 24h Lifestream (Not so Life but ok) it just felt.... bigger than it now is.

On the live stream they said one of the devs solo clears level 9. But considering they know every tip and trick you can know, or should, that's way too few devs playing 9 and solo clearing.

New planetary effects
New enemy fortresses
New mission types

So quite a lot of everything. The same kind of content they always drip-feed us, but this time we get a bunch at once.
Not that major, it's more of a bunch of normal updates bundled together, but it's nice. They did make it sound bigger than it is, with this whole new game banner and trailer like it's some crazy expansion
