honestly i wanted to play today but i wont until the mines are gone from being free they suck and half the time their invisible and kill your friends way more than enemies

They're bugged and turn invisible, plus teammates have a tendency to block your path with them for whatever reason.

They do turn invisible sometimes though thanks to desync or something.

Fire mines are actually better (at team killing) than normal mines. rather than kill the one bug (diver) that steps on one, it sets fire to a whole area for a while, killing many more bug (divers). I don't see an issue with it.

I'd really like to know what AH were smoking when they decided to make mines free during a time when mines are known to become invisible at random due to a bug. It's like they don't even play their own game.

Devs love seeing us divers explode, Magicka was the same shenanigans, for them its a core feature, these devs yo they are a quirky bunch.

They released fire mines for first ever weapons experimentation, most divers were rookies back then they knew what they were doing.
