Incendiary Breaker is too strong against bugs and requires a nerf.

[Hero Unit]

This weapon trivializes bug missions. There's too many players using nothing but the Incendiary Breaker because they lack the skill to use anything else. Nerfing this weapon will force players using it as a crutch to either develop their skills as a player, or lower their difficulty setting to their true skill level that they'd be playing at if the IB wasn't carrying them.

Discuss possible nerfs to make the IB a more balanced weapon in this thread.

A single Breaker IE pellet and a Napalm airstrike shouldn't be providing the same exact same level of DoT. Some kind of stacking effect would be an intuitive and graceful solution.
