Probably. I would assume they will AT LEAST add the cannon + flamethrower exo. It's entirely possible they will pause to rework the exosuit system, but I am a bit doubtful at this point.

I feel fairly negative toward AH and would say 'don't hold your breath'.

dataminers haven't found any new mech to my knowledge , it's more likely we'll see apc's and jeeps before a new mech variant

I have read that they removed a lot of the datamined stratagems specifically because of this type of thing happening and no longer put in incomplete stratagems as a result. So it's impossible to tell anymore.

With that said, yeah, you are right. It's a lot more likely we will see any other vehicle before we see another exosuit.

I'd prefer shieldpak/jumppak/powerfist options for exosuits.

I would like to see a suit with lazers or flamethrowers. A Tesla suit that has a damaging static field or stun grenades would be cool as hell.
