The Illuminate update isn't something to be casually dropped whenever. It is a major moment that will attract the most number of eyes as possible. They can't drop the ball on that one.
They need ample testing, all staff on board, significant story progression lined up for months on end. It has to be an expansion level event - not something they toss out because someone is bored and doesn't understand how to play or do something else until the content drop.
I think February is the right time.
Put the game off for another few weeks...or who knows.
Limited time for video games makes me choose the ones that won't flush my time into the drain with the feeling of frustration.
So yeah this game needs content for the loyal fan that stuck around for this long.
Meanwhile game breaking bugs should be ironed at the same pace, otherwise what's the point of new content when you can't enjoy it?
Should be two tactical development teams, one fixing absolutely crucial bugs and another slowly trickling content in the form strategems, monsters, skins, attachments etc the possibilities are endless. Do so between the "big content" patches.
For now I'm weary of even trying to start a match just for it to crash in front of the LZ o7
Sony is not gonna give up their game and arrowhead has no ability to pass it on without sonys permission since Sony owns the IP entirely
New World lost 880.000 players in 5 months (September 21 to February 22)
I do not believe Helldivers will ever recover like No Mans Sky did.
aint nobody coming back. they've really fked the game
They did not removed it in my country. I just do not play on principle due to what they did together with Sony.
I decided to install it, grab free medals and delete it again.
