Between Payroll management system (Reduces reload time for all support weapons by 10%) and Morale augmentation (Reduces cooldown time for all stratagems by 5%).

For me, I think I´m gonna choose the second one at this moment.

Payroll management is great, it makes the HMG reload time actually bearable along with making the other support weapons feel great.

Support weapons you'll always have on you, stratagems you have to wait for either way. Reload is the best option.

They are both weak. Gameplay impact is minimal. Its like choosing mayo or katchup with ur fries. You fine without any of em.
