Report a translation problem
I used to play Helldive for a challenge. Now I have to bump it down not to have an anyeurism over their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game design and breaking something EVERY SINGLE UPDATE.
With different spawn mechanics and enemy types since launch, without HVA missions being tweaked to accommodate that, they can be actually impossible at times. It's basically up to RNG dictating what spawns, no matter how skilled you are.
Make sure a Resupply is dropped outside of extraction, so you can run away to it for more ammo/stims/etc if needed.
Admittedly though... I've had more than one Bot extraction go pear shaped and end with everyone dead, even if we did finish the missions.
as it would make them drop closer to the base, but I haven't tried it yet.
I am talking about the high value assets (rockets) mission - the one with the wall/shield icon. It all takes place in one spot - and you can't possibly have enough stratagems even between 4 players to take down 3 factory striders before the next wave starts. It snowballs. Add in artillery tanks that can hit the generators from outside the complex and it is nigh on impossible now.
I actually advocate for leaving the gates open until you absolutely have to close them. When you start getting overrun they can hold off the enemy long enough for you to regroup. They are best saved for those moments. Never fails, though, some rando will keep closing them and then ♥♥♥♥♥ at me when I open them again. They get shot or kicked (I almost always host) if they don't listen.
I mentioned that. It's the only way. I played with 3 other 120+ players on Helldive and we still didn't make it past the 3rd rocket because of this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. It is unplayable... there is just simply not enough firepower to kill everything even without it dropping bots right on the generators, which it does every. single. time.
Tier 9 difficulty - 2nd to last with tier 10 just added. It used to be playable but they have not adjusted some of the mission types to account for the bot changes in the last couple of updates. There should be ZERO opportunities for the bots to attack the objective without at least entering the complex, but instead we have factory striders and artillery tanks spamming the generators from the very first wave as soon as they set down outside the complex. And then they also drop right on top of you without another bot shooting off a flare (just their regular wave spawn starts dropping on you instead of where they should be.)
