I think they are asking what context OP is presenting it in. Considering there have been more than a couple threads which have co-opted this motto to start a discussion related to identity politics, it's a fair ask.
... the point stands. Either OP clarify, or by default this is about game balance. Which is also the context that AH seem to use.
"how do quadriplegics play video games" is a good Google search to get started.
But there aren't that many of them anyways. If 0 quads played the most popular games in the world, they would still be the most popular games in the world.
Don't ask people to explain what woke is. It's just a buzzword they regurgitate to show their distaste for anything. They have no idea what it means
Everyone that quotes this as some kind of "gotcha" fundamentally misunderstands the meaning and intent behind the statement. It is a reference to attempts to bloat a game with mutually exclusive and/or badly connected game play loops in an effort to appeal to a broader base of players to such an extent that it ultimately harms the overall quality of the game.
It has nothing to do with explicitly rejecting people for their fundamental characteristics to appease a minority mob of self-declared gatekeepers.
