payroll management system ship question
it says "ALL" suport weapons on the tag line, but quasar isn't listed on affected strategem. is it affected?

quasar doesnt need lubrication i guess :D

Quasar doesn't reload, it cools off.

the laser cannon also doesn't reload but its listed grungler

You can reload the laser canon if you overheat it. You can reload (or rather replace) the 'ICE' after an overheat.

The laser cannon does need to be reloaded. Not with ammunition, but you do need to replace the heat sink if it overheats.

You dont reload that weapon , it has a cooldown instead.
