Fix Heavy Machine Gun
Such a cool idea with the machine gun. And so poorly implemented. At least you brought back the crosshair and buffed it a little. However, it's still near useless compared to other medium-killer weapons. The standard MG is much easier to handle, has more ammo, better recoil and fire rate and is much more effective in killing trash too after killing the mediums (that really don't take long to get killed with the MG).

STOP! Before you now nerf the standard MG, consider a rework of the MG! Here my suggestions, what y'all thinking?

1. Give it 120 ammo. It has a drum magazine. Give it a ammo packpack with 4 clips.
2. Change the functionality of it's melee attack -> instead of melee, the Helldiver crouch and place the MG on a tripod, becoming stationary but with good stability and precision. The Helldiver can only fire in a 160 forward looking arc while in this position.
3. If the Helldiver has a backpack attached, they also place a small-arms proof portable wall in front of them that covers a lot of their body parts (somewhat like the shield that the emplaced bot-used machine gunners have)
4. Decrease the stabilty of the medium and high fire rate so it's meant to use these only when emplaced. Maybe even lock the high fire rate for only emplaced mode.
5. Increase the damage a bit against heavy armoured parts so that the weapon is able to rip heavy armour off after 80 or so shots.

Look, fixed imo. Now you're having a REAL threat and a defensive weapon that is unique in it's approach while not nerfing other weapons. What do you think ?

The HMG is fine, it only needs 1 thing to reach pure greatness.

It just needs 25 more ammo for 100 round drumb, if they do that, the HMG will be PERFECT. Right now the HMG using peak physique armor is beyond amazing.

HMG is not just a medium killer weapon, even though it is good at it. You can destroy bug building with it such as Spore Spewers and Shrieker Nests.

I do not really have issue with it right now as it is, althought bigger mag would always be welcome.

Making the weapon stationary is also not that great of an idea, after all it is more or less just a regural machine gun with bigger gun in it (and bigger meaner bullets).

We already have stationary HMG. It's called HMG emplacement, and it's highly underrated.
