Is it just me or is it a bug with screen brightness?

So when its on low I get this warm like tint on my screen flushing out any white to like a light orange colour.

When I turn it to high I get my whites back but I can see the other side of the logo perfectly when it has to be barley visible.

It's like a TV/Monitor warm setting.
