Both Mushroom and Broadcast tower stick out like a sore thumb.
You know there's a mushroom if there's an area with dense fog.
You can spot Broadcast tower with that glowing ass display.
SEAF Artillery is slightly trickier, but still big enough to spot.
Radio tower is slightly harder, but it's still a significant enough landmark to stick out from the rest of the wreckage.
Technically, you'd want to close all the bug nest to maximize your income and XP anyhow. By closing bug nest, less will also spawn during extraction. Or some specific type will cease to spawn entirely - IE. Stalker Nest (You can spot these by seeing where Stalkers are gathering / yellow smoke)
^ You'd almost come across all the side objectives naturally if you play the game properly, instead of bee line main objectives and ♥♥♥♥ off.
