It actually makes the game more fun at times. But if you want to have a more clear map then try to not trigger too many places at once. The enemy does make alarm calls. They do alert each other. You can even play with some stealth if you're careful. Pick and choose targets.
If every hive is alerted then that's probably going to mean more spawns at once.
My last mission was swarming. We managed to evac. Was intense. A lot of people run ahead and leave people behind. Bad teamplay. The enemies come in waves. If you don't pause, dig in and counter threats they are left to build up and swarm. The rush mentality is causing people to make more mistakes.
Not sure how viable that tactic is on suicide and helldiver. But anything up to extreme seems manageable. Any good squad will have someone to target lighter targets (anything that isn't tanky) and someone to target specifically heavy targets (chargers. Hulks. Tanks).
Fact is a lot of randoms don't team play well. I met some people yesterday and we can get a team going.
Wasn't his point that those enemies came out of NOWHERE?
They are attracted by things, yes. But you should not be able to attract something that wasn't there before and has no visible spawn.
Of course i don't know if he overlooked something or similar.
Happened only once but... still noticeable.
Nests can also spawn specific enemies as well. Stalker nests for example. Any red areas on the map indicate a nest can be nearby.
I once had a hulk disappear into thin air once. Probably has something to do with latency.
There's always going to be spawns.
But if you don't clear nests there's MORE spawns.
It worked like this in the first game, too, it's just that the limited field of view made it a lot less apparent when it was happening.
