Picking stuff up is so inconvinient!

Ammo, nades and samples are seemingly lay right before you and you think you can grab it but NOOO. You must ♥♥♥♥ around and come close enough but not too much or you will go over it and be unable to pick it up. ALL THE WHILE YOU ARE BEING STABBED AND SPAT ON BY BUGS! YES I'D SECURE THE SIGHT BUT THERE'S MY LMG AND I CAN'T ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PICK IT UP

Agree that item targeting on the ground is very strange and often even if you look directly at the item (ammo,sample, grenade) you still can't pick it up.
And what makes it worse that sometimes it clearly suffers from some laggs. Especially in case of sample pickup.
