About Capes?

Is there half capes or anything less Superman like? I prefer the scarfs or long scarfs with big armor/ big backpack look.

Capes are a staple in liberation, managed democracy is heroic and requires capes to reinforce this.

I think there is a half cape in the first section of the free warbonds, I'm sure they'll add more scarf-like options over time though I don't see why not.

HD1 had an armor sets with scarfs (Desert, Volanic, Precision Expert) and the Black Ops cape could kinda pass as a long scarf (plus the Pilot and Hazard Ops capes were smaller than usual), there's a decent chance there will be similar designs in HD2, specially with the armory listing around 50 capes and 70 armors to unlock, you'll have to wait for future warbonds or superstore deals and see if one with a design you like comes up.

There's also the independence Bringer cape on the free warbond right now, though its still a cape, just shorter.

Apparently the game lore mentions the cape as "liber-tea itself", so I don't think they'd like to cut it in half or wear a scarf instead.
