Finish the map before you extract, jfc
What is with everyone rushing extraction? You don't get anything extra that way. Takes way longer to level, buy warbonds, upgrade stuff, etc if you immediately rush for extraction after the main objective.

If you want to micromanage others' gameplay, play with friends.

And if you want to solely kill stuff and run to the next map, go play call of duty.

The Ministry of Truth approves of this message.

Leveling will go faster if you get the job done and move on to the next mission, at least for lower diffaculties. That being said, Warbonds, samples, medals and SC are out there to take, and sweeping it up matters.:raven:

It's a shame matchmaking is borked for everything above easy, unless you wanna spam the quickplay button 100 times per match.
I'm keen on doing some full map clears, If you want to add me we can play in that way.

Higher difficulties will make you release why that is the tried and true method, especially when you need to back track all the way back across the map for extraction with a bile titan on the slowest guy's ass.

It really comes down to time, remaining reinforcements, and distance. It's not worth it to act like it's Spyro and get all the collectibles and it's certainly not worth your time to travel 66% of the map away from extraction to get a SEAF artillery that might get used once in an inefficient manner during extraction, then travel the 66% of the map back to it.

I always tell the tourists, you get in, you get what you get, and you get the ♥♥♥♥ outta there. Medals are in higher demand than samples or experience.

I love falling into groups that try to explore the whole map, and honestly the vast majority of groups I end up in are like this. I must say, the most frustrating moment I've had was pinging a dual-lock bunker and my 3 guys just running past it several times cause it was in a dugout and very hard to see from about 350 angles lol. It was on the way to obj too >.<

If people don't explore everything I'll still try to grab the odd POI nearby on the way but not too fussed if things get missed personally, there's still fun to be had.

Well, to be able to play in higher difficulties, you need to unlock some things first. Doing quickly a lot of low level missions is more effective for farming xp and money than doing higher difficulty missions with exploration.

Everyone is new to the game, everyone has to unlock a lot of stuff and some try to make it easier for themselves. It's as simple as that.

God I hope you're not the guy I just played a suicide mission with. Got the 4 purple mats on the map and did main obj on a blitz down to 4 mins left and I call a bird that has a 4 min extract.

He ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up a storm because he couldn't finish the arty side mission and another side mission. He got crushed by the bird too on extract and couldn't spawn him in since no stratagems still mad af.

Also you saying it takes longer to buy warbonds is false. Doing main mission and getting out will give you more medals from the 3 stage operation bonus than finding crates of 1 medal.

Like helldive is 33 medals an operation that can be done in 30-50 minutes versus getting 8-12 medals spending 40 minutes on one map.

On top of that I don't need requisition xp anymore, lvls don't matter besides title. All that matters is purple mats and finishing main objective so I can understand why people would play like that especially the higher the difficulty.

you make xp way faster when rushing main objectives compared to finishing maps, so depending on what you are after, it might make sense for some people. it is however bad for grinding everything else.

I don't really bother with every sample, but at least hit the drop pods for medals and credits. The difference in xp you get with the timer is so minimal that unless you are being swarmed by tough enemies, why extract?
scown Feb 13, 2024 @ 4:26pm
are u telling us or the mobs? cause sometimes these mobs are like nah.. horde time all the time
on the flipside, when we are on diff 7 or 8 or 9 and people go run into a half cleared map after doing the main objective with 3 respawns left, i will go for extract yeah... just take the win and go try again.
