Thermite ganrade dont stick ?

So the new thermite grenade won't stick to the armor of a charger or titan ? What am I supposed to use them for? They will stick on automatons, but you have to hit the torso to give them a 1shot.
I'm not crying, just looking for some advice, or maybe I missed something.

honestly i been using them the whole day now and... they most be bugged becouse i stucked on the the small bot to the head and it didnt even kill it i think the fire damdge is just not wroking
