New Ship Upgrades are garbage
More than 150 normals per upgrade, and they're all like mid tier at best? Sure, give the max level players something to grind for again, but you could at least make the grind worth it. The HE barrage one is just bad too, having to sacrifice part of the core of the stratagem just to make it useful after paying an absurd amount? At least let us toggle it, or just change it so the number of barrages is higher up to the density given by the reduced radius. I like the big radius on my barrages.

One of the new ones reduces the cooldown of certain deployables by 100 seconds and those deployables have a 180 second cooldown...

Maybe play the actual game...?

I got the arc ones just for the fun, but want the fire one next if it buffs all fire dmg even more

I grabbed the 15% tighter barrage and want the fire next. Made the 120mm a bit tighter than I wanted, but made the 380s just about perfect. Not sure why I would want to bring 120...but I am sure I will find a reason.

They are all things that should have just been added as base to the things they are modifying.

Am I blind or where are you seeing this?

I see

-resupplies fully refill support weapons
-HE barrages have 15% reduced spread
-Eagle drops 1 extra bomb
-25% extra fire damage
-extra lightning jump
-50% sentry DR from explosion

That's the very first Robotics upgrade and its a 100 second reduction for call in time, not cooldown.

Unless you're just clown baiting, pretty ironic that you're saying that.

The largest cooldown reduction is the eagle cooldown, not even for rearm, normal cooldown, as in between strikes that you have charges for. That brings it down from like 14 seconds to 7 I believe with a 50% reduction in cooldown time. The rest are 10-20% cooldown reductions. Not a single one of the new ones actually affects cooldowns at all. The ONLY one I can fathom you talking about is the turret upgrade that makes CALLDOWN time instant, but for some reason it's now worded as "100 second reduction in calldown time" or something like that. That's not the cooldown, that's just how long the countdown is from when you throw the stratagem, to the turret landing there.

Yeah, I don't mind an endgame level of grind cost IF the effect is actually worth it.

itll never happen. apparently its supposed to be useless and have ant size blast radius to help stroke the egos of all saying "just learn to use it and aim it better *snort*"

Are you trying to tell me that lightning arcing to one more enemy isnt god tier!!!!!! Or 50% less explosion damage on turrets!!!!
