New Ship Upgrades are garbage
More than 150 normals per upgrade, and they're all like mid tier at best? Sure, give the max level players something to grind for again, but you could at least make the grind worth it. The HE barrage one is just bad too, having to sacrifice part of the core of the stratagem just to make it useful after paying an absurd amount? At least let us toggle it, or just change it so the number of barrages is higher up to the density given by the reduced radius. I like the big radius on my barrages.

Thing is, if they made them super good, people would complain that the game is "unplayable" without them, and that it's not fair to have to grind so much for something "essential"
And if they made them cheap, then people would complain that there is no endgame and they have nothing to grind for
They are nice little bonuses, for those that already have everything they need

They could have made them proportionally strong to the cost. All it is right now is a massive sample sink for end game players, which isn't the worst thing, but at the same time I'd rather save my samples for when useful ship upgrades get put in.

There are some good ones including the ones that would be good if they worked. I really like the 25% fire dmg. A crazy buff for something that is already strong and is only held back by a bug.

Fire damage, base damage, but the DOT is still broken so it's pointless.

that should be standard for your destroyer to not bomb helldivers that are miles away from the red ball

Taking 100 seconds off a 180 second cooldown is mid?

Try bumping it up to difficulty 2. Splash out. Take the plunge.

Def just a resource sink. Arc one is nice enough. The eagle one is probably awesome if you run any of those strikes.

What is really dumb is a sample cap. Like i had everything maxed out and run out of orange samples immediately after buying one upgrade. Such a joke tbh

Again most of those "upgrades" are stuff that we asked Arrowhead to implement in patches rather than us paying all of our resources in order to make them not garbage.

Honestly on some front I'm okay with it, give you something to work for and we all know samples quickly become useless lol
