Superior Packing Methodology

[grandscenarios]

One of the new Super Destroyer upgrades that was added, Superior Packing Methodology (SPM), has the effect that Resupply boxes will refill Support Weapons with the maximum number of carriable magazines.

Maybe it's just me, but it seems to be nonfunctional.
I was using the regular Machine Gun, and both the supply pack and the supply drop only gave me 1 magazine, the same amount it gave me before purchasing the upgrade.

awesome... and I just spent 15 super samples right after I confirmed that they listed it as fixed... they really can not do anything that they say, you can't trust them!

T4 upgrade is rather expensive and I want some bangs for my bucks.

if what this guy says it true, it's another host bugged "fix" so no it's not fixed yet, just like the PS5 damage and DOT, if you're anyone but the host it still doesn't work for you. Apparently.

Afaik its not supposed to work for team mates. Its an upgrade for the player only. Same as the Eagle upgrades not translating to other players.

It works at least as host. Just tested in in game with MG and Airburst rocket. Two weapons I KNOW the count of.

Will test later as teammate.

Yes it's user specific. It's a destroyer upgrade. They are ALWAYS user specific.

I have upgrade, why i can't get full mags, if using not my stratagem
example with eagle is invalid, because i can't use teammate's eagle
Why i have to remember which backpack/weapon is mine?

UPDATE: Confirmed. SPM is fixed and working properly. Make sure you update, and verifiy files to make sure you're running the .300 build.

It seems I may have been mistaken
The upgrade DOES indeed work, but only from a supply drop.
It does NOT work from the supply backpack.
Whether this is intended behaviour or not is unknown, as the supply pack acts identical in every other way to the supply drop.

That is quite stupid for the cost, again nerf our mag count I guess to force us to either call supply drops or carry the supply pack but then only have the overpriced upgrade work for one of the 2 resupply stratagems...?! What?!
