If by Law you mean Expendable Anti-Tank then you can still effectively use both, EAT has very low cooldown (70 seconds) so you can call them fairly often whenever you encounter heavy armour without sacrificing your current support weapon slot which can be reserved for Stalwart or MG-43, because EATs are single use
I used to run MG + EAT combo for every mission till i reached level 20, it's fairly effective up until highest difficulties like 7-9 when heavy armour becomes too common for EAT's cooldown
"some of the heavy weapons are useless."
What I wouldn't give to have one of those "useless weapons" for my home defense. You never know when a terminid will murder your loving wife and child in cold communist blood.
Our men, women and children that work 14 hour days under greuling conditions in our factories are some of the most patriotic people.
Each and every weapon we manufacture is done to the precise specifications as provided to us by the Ministry of Engineering. Weapons and ordnance are spot checked to ensure proper functionality by our award winning junior helldivers program. And some of the survivors eventually move on to become actual helldivers.
And our War01k program is one of the best in the industry. 99% of the workers wages are donated to the Super Earth Attack Force to support the war effort. AND our company even matches a full 1%. That's right a full 1 percent.
It takes a lot of patriots to make the managed democracy work.
Hearing actual helldivers complain about weapons being useless just breaks my super patriotic heart.
Disgusting.
