Return the "random" loadout XP boost

Would be nice to be able to randomise your loadout like you could in Helldivers 1, to gain random stratagems and an XP boost.

I already try to mix things up a lot but it would be especially cool if i can get slightly extra rewards for going out of my "comfort" zone.

(In this game XP is barely important so maybe a multiplier for credits or smth)
