110mm Rocket / Orbital Rail-Cannon Target Priorities
There seems to be a bit of confusion on what "the largest target" is. In my last few matches both strategems have forgone targeting things like, Devastators or Bot-Fabricators, in favor of shooting a random scout walker. This is far from the "largest" or even most threatening thing, so it can be frustrating to see it wasted.

This also isn't me making a bad throw, having landed both essentially on top of a Bot-Fabricator only for it to engage a scout walker. I think this should be adjusted, putting scout walkers below, or at the same priority as basic Devastators, and below Fabricators. I'd wager the machine pumping out more enemies is a higher priority by a long shot.

Scout Walkers are considered Large targets by the game system. If you look on your minimap, they appear as Large blips like tanks and Hulks while Devastators appear as smaller blips like regular infantry. Scout Walkers will also be locked on to by the Spear while you cannot lock on Devastators. This is why those two stratagems will prioritize Scout Walkers over Devastators or buildings and is unlikely to change.

I think it's just down to armor type: the scout walkers have a heavy plate in front, so they're heavy.

Needs a fix. I don't want a railcannon to do my primary's job.

then just kill the scout walkers first.
just uses about 3 shots with the scorcher, and if the tank/hulk is left, there is no confusion what to target

Yeah i noticed the same. Striders (or what this walkers are called) really have a higher priority. But what the other guy said, since i noticed this i try to shoot the striders first, then drop my 110/railcannon

Correct. I know how to work around the bad targeting, but it's still bad.

I feel like 110mm target is bugged,it missed so many times after a patch long time ago. I remember 110mm is my favorite stratagem, it kill hulk, charger, tank and everything. Then after a patch(dont remember which one), there is some map problem which illegal broadcast tower instantly destroy the moment you land ( we didnt land at the site) and the soil survey mission dropship drop bots right above the terminal which normally will drop 20 meter around it before patch. Then suddenly the 110mm become trash that wont hit anything.

110 was one of my favourite when titans were stunnable. Now its either hits ground in front of him or goes for the legs

Yeah, it's super annoying.

Railcannon will also prioritize brood commanders over chargers
