Idea: Sample Extractor Stratagem

Hear me out. Crashing at extraction is still a big issue. Getting kicked right before extraction is also still an issue. A sample extractor stratagem could mitigate both until the game is finally fixed, whenever that is. I'm not saying you should be able to extract all your samples without making it to the pelican, but here's what I'm thinking.

1. It takes up one of your four slots so you have to decide if it's worth sacrificing something else.
2. You can only use it once per mission.
3. It only holds a limited amount of samples, even as low as 5.
4. It takes a while to call in so it wouldn't be very practical during eradicate or defense missions.

I feel like it could work without breaking the point of extracting by pelican completely.
