Is there a way to hide the HUD for a screenshot?
Like a button I can hit or something.

No, game needs a no HUD toggle.
I just tested it out and the only thing you can't hide is the text box, though you have to select hidden manually to each element in the HUD settings menu.

But I don't know if the Anti-Cheat would trigger from that. Haven't tried it yet. But the comments are saying it works.
