Okay, if you can make it so LGBT people aren't discriminated against at all, I'll happily trade in pride month and all that stuff. I'd love to have no special treats if it means I also get no special sticks, but that's not exactly the case. LGBT people are still getting fired, or beaten up, or harassed, or not able to get married or have basic parental rights, even in the West.

So there is still plenty of injustice against LGBT people in the world, and I think as long as that's the case you can probably handle having a month dedicated to celebrating them and fighting those injustices.
