Can you destroy dropships with the autocannon?

To defeat the dropship, shoot at it until it dies

Not drop ships but 3 shots into the thrusters will take down the flying gunships.

before some of the patches, you could kill it with auto cannon, but current patch, you basically are wasting bullets at shooting at the engine

next time you see a drop ship
shoot the bots that are hanging underneath, =) enjoy the tip

yes shoot the vents on the 4 thruster..

Destroying the dropships does not work 100% of the time.
Destroying the drop cargo on these ships work 100% of the time.

Both with grenade launcher and autocannon you can successfully reduce dropped forces to 0-10% of original amount.

Thank you, I tried the Autocannon to no success on the ship thrusters.

i dont recommend it, ive tried it and it dont work too well lol. BUTTTTT its a great gun to have if ANY of them DO land, which, normally will happen. gatta think on the bright side, its a great weapon because some WILL land.

With the autocannon its better to just blast the bots when they're hanging underneath it. Just spam them before they get dropped.
