I've been playing on hotspot for 3 weeks with no issues.

Suddenly, my hotspot has slowed right down and become spotty, but my phone is in the same place as normal. It's not an issue with the game, of course. Anyone know why I could suddenly have bad mobile connection? I restarted my PC and phone, which brought my speed back up, but I'm still only getting 1 bar where I previously had 4-5. My home internet has horrendous packet loss, so it isn't an option for gaming. You think my service provider was like "oh, he's finally using his 150 gigs of data, it's time to slow it down"? Lol

Come to think of it, this happened at the start of the month. I doubt it's a coincidence. I wonder if something changed on their end, resulting in my service routing from a different location?

Edit: When pinging Google servers, I get between 40 and 200 ping. Every 6th ping is a spike. Previously, it was steady 40-80. D:

If you have an unlimited date hotspot, providers will slow your data after using a certain large amount.

I didn't go over the cap, and it just reset for the month. I've used 2 gigs out of the 150. It has been storming the past few days, but it's clear weather now. I wonder if a tree went down somewhere and is messing with things? o.o
