People doing mindnumbingly easy missions to grind SCs isn't really an argument for why there needs to be higher SC amounts.
You need to have a better argument than "i don't want to grind low level missions to grind SC".
So, i manage to just play the game, not grind or go out of my way to farm, and have enough SC to buy the new warbond (as well as most shop skins since release) and you are telling me you actively farm and can't even do that?
Have you considered you are doing it wrong?
I can think of a few. Like for example: Doing so would only mean people farm high level missions in the way they farm Trivial Missions, thus making it a worse playing experience for everyone that wants to just PUG. The number of people being kicked and the toxicity it would produce would void any and all positive effect a "casual" player would derive from the occassional higher SC payout.
Or how about: It is detrimental enough to the player base to limit Super Samples to Suicide Difficulty and higher. Making people feel like they have to play at higher difficulties, despite not being ready to, to mitigate the grind for SC, will only lead to more frustration and toxic behavior.
I mean for there being "literally no reason anyone would disagree" it wasn't hard to think of two of the top of my head. And i didn't even need to make an anti-consumer argument like "Sony is surely never going to agree to make it even easier to farm SC and thus knee capping their ability to make money off of this game, even if you could convince Arrowhead of this".
Oh well, guess that makes 3 now... as i said.. its not that hard to find reasons against it. But what i actually want is for the OP to explain to me why it needs to be increased. Not could be increased, should be increased, maybe increased... no why it needs to be increased.
Granted I play a lot, a casual player won't be able to earn that and that's why I think the SC changes should be reverted.
People that don't have jobs will have to play like a peasant and brainless your day away.
