MC Cape unlock?

I havent got the cape the president promised. Do I need to unlock it somehow or...?

What does the cape look like? It showed an invisible icon and it probably was that, but I don't see it in the cape section.

You will get a notice "Major Order completed" and a 1 next to an empty box; this is the cape. It will show up in your armor section under capes; has a red bot skull in the middle of a black top half and white bottom half. Name of the cape is "Fallen Hero's Vengeance".

i got a cape called the "Fallen Heroes Vengeance" its probably the cape that was made to remember that player that passed away.

Yes. It has a red skull on it. That is the Malevelon Creek cape called Fallen heroes Vengeance.

Personally, I would have named it Creeker's Perseverance, but they never asked.
