Didn't get the new Malevelon Creek Cape?

Did not receive the cape and was wondering if others are experiencing this as well. Does it take time?

Me too! I also took part in that last Major Order to take back The Creek, but didn't even get the reward medals for doing it. What's up with that?

EDIT- Apparently they announced it somewhere that they will be rolling it out sometime during the week. So take the in-game flavor text as "We are sending everyone a cape in a major mail order, it will take between 3-5 business days, please wait democratically".

I've had peeps flat out tell me I'm lying about the Creek MO, they claim only Tibit happened. As for the cape, I've been hearing the devs are issuing it to everyone, it's just slow. A lot have gotten and many, sadly, have not..... yet
