Rover Dog (gun dog) supposedly being able to reload with map supplies now?

I do like the gun dog better than the laser one, yet i find extremely bad the fact the only way to reload the thing is by using the resupply stratagem or to call in a new one .

I read in the patch notes now you can reload the thing by using normal supplies found in the map but after testing it i saw that is not the case. Did i read it wrong?

you read it wrong. its just gets more ammo from supply drops

thanks, probably me being delusional regarding the drone to reload from ammo supplies in the map so it does not spend 60% of the time stored on the back.

They really need to make it so grabbing an ammo box from the world (not supply box) gives at least one mag to the doggo

Agreed, it really doesnt make sense that we have a laser doggo with unlimited ammo but giving the bullet doggo ammo box reloads would be unbalanced.

needs an ammo drum upgrade... give each mag like double its supply. and give a few mags back on ammo box pickups. as it stands unless you can hog supply packs it runs out of ammo way too quick.
