But all these cosmetic mods are completely client side from what I understand so there's no way you would get reported. Only possibility is getting auto banned by the anti-cheat.
There's always a risk that will change, but for the time being, the number of people claiming to be banned for using mods isn't very high.
As Skoomasquid has stated, these mods are MOSTLY client-sided, replacing the models & textures of existing armors, weapons & enemies, NEVER ADDING.
There are a few cheat-based mods uploaded to say, "nexusmods", but these are frequently met with disapproval for being cheaty & supporting clearly ban-able offences.
