"Known issue: AR-61 Tenderizer deals too little damage and is not in the final state we are intending."
Patch notes gave you away, Alexus.

How is it a "Great warbond, no bad weapons, all S tier👍" if not 5 days later it's a known issue how ♥♥♥♥ and unfinished the weapon is.

How did you get that job, Alexus. I need you to explain that to me.

The fact that they had to put that specification, "deals too little damage and is not in the final state we are intending", is a little weird. I'll give you that.

Do they not QC their releases or what? How did they miss that on a paid DLC? :stress:

tbf, over half the warbond stuff now is probably semi-scrapped or held-back stuff that they got laying around from before the game's release and they're just throwing it in while forgetting to actually finish what they had laying around.
Perfect example: Tenderizer supply pack only gives you 5/10 magazines back. Makes 0 sense compared to all other Primary Weapons currently in the game.
So, not at all surprised by this anymore. The dev studio is insanely disorganized. ♥♥♥♥ like this just keeps slipping through, proving a massive lack of care.

Well at least they acknowledged it and plan on improving it. Hopefully the Purifier gets some love as well.

It's pretty clear that the War Bond was "finished" before the balance patch. The big one where they increased the damage of the Liberator and increased the explosion resistance of the Striders.
So they buffed the Liberator and didn't increase the Tenderizer's damage to reflect that change, and didn't buff the Purifier so it could still one shot Striders like as shown in the trailer.
Pummler is in a good place I feel. It does less damage than the other SMG but it's a better Liberator Concussive including the fact it's one handed. Verdant could do with a slight damage boost (just +15) but it's actually just a one handed Diligence. Not the counter-sniper version, but the regular one.

I like the gun but it definitely feels like it doesn't do enough damage, been running it recently and it seems to underperform even compared to Liberator

If you mean the verdict, it already does more total damage than the peacemaker, senator and redeemer. It doesn't need a damage buff.

Can they please unf*** the eruptor that would be really cool too.

This has been known for awhile that they don't test them. More than once they have released things that simply don't work. And they've released patches that were solely released to fix an issue, and all it did was make it worse.

Senator has Medium piercing while Verdict only has Light. Raw damage is mitigated by anything bigger than cannon fodder.

Okay? It still doesn't need a damage buff. The reason it does more damage than the senator is because the senator is medium armour pen. It would make no sense for the senator to do more damage and have better armour pen.

It's the same reason the verdict does more damage than the peacemaker - the peacemaker has a much higher RoF. It's about tradeoffs. The guns all suit a particular playstyle.

Yes, that's the point of the redeemer. It has more up front burst damage at the cost of lower sustained damage (1860 per mag for redeemer vs 1250 per mag for verdict, but 9300 total for redeemer vs 12500 for verdict).

You can in fact actually kill a stalker very easily with headshots from any weapon though. It has roughly less than 200hp and is a lethal kill spot. The problem is it's hard to get time to sit and aim when four stalkers are trying to kill you.

Not a single employee play tested this release, yet again, and the shilling is big gross.
