Is the Adjudicator any good now?

Getting kinda bored of the Sickle and Liberator (haven't tried the JAR-5 since it got randomly nerfed for no apparent reason). Normally I wouldn't waste 1000 SC on a war bond just for one weapon, but I think I can justify it since I would also get the grenade pistol.

Dominator is still good after the nerf, it wasn't a big one. It still 1-shots chaff, and stunlocks mediums into oblivion.

I'm not looking for a meta weapon that's going to carry me through higher difficulties. Just something that feels a bit different to use.

i guess its not so bad of a choice that it will hinder your team, i run with it occasionally and i do fine with it. not enough of an excuse to buy an entire warbond though

It's OK. Does well at clearing out automaton chaff, can deal with Devastators if needed. That's about it. I like how the guns feels, but if we're talking numbers I'd honestly just run the Diligence CS instead.

Vs. bugs is pretty sub-par.

The Dominator got nerfed for a reason - it didn't need a 50% damage buff on top of all the other buffs it go to begin with. That said, the nerf did absolutely nothing. It still has more or less that the same breakpoints in terms of TTK. It's still top tier.

Adjucator was always fine for the gun itself, but it suffered from small mags and small spare mag supply (also they claimed it to be a DMR when it was stated and built like an AR), they increased its spare mags, which puts it at liberator level, more damage and pen 3, but worse control and more frequent reloads.

Also the Jar was fine in its base form (200 damage, med pen), they then buffed it to 300 damage and high stagger (also increased gunsmoke), so it going to 275 damage is pretty unnoticeable as far as nerfs go and still far above its base. It will still oneshot devistators to the head, and stun lock em to the body.

Adjudicator still bad, recoil is still very high, didn't get any more ammo per mag, just got a couple mags, they even set it from being a DMR to an AR just to not fix it proper. Jar-5 is one of the best weapons in the game and still extremely strong, it only lost 25 damage out of the 300 it had. The thing used to be 200 and not have stagger and it was still strong.

People saying the pummler are good because of the stagger, well the dominator staggers a devastator in one shot and kills it in 3.

It burns through ammo so it still feels bad to use. If you are gonna use it then I would recommend getting an ammo backpack, so it doesn't feel so restrictive.

Meta or not, I love using this gun. For me it's the feel and scope really. Use it in single fire mode and against bots only. I tend to keep the scope at 100mm and adjust from there. It can headshot the base bots and 2 shot devastators in their weakpoint.

You aren't going to solo 9's with it, but it will get the job done with a decent loadout.

It's got too few bullets, too few damage. It's a 4/10. I like it, but it sucks bad.

impossible to control recoil without Recoil reduction summary passives.

Using Adjudicator since it's release and it's great vs bugs. And vs bots it's an okay choice, mostly because of recoil that makes it really hard to aim for those small weak points.
- Damage is great because it's enough for everything it was meant to kill
- Low ammo reserve and mag, so you'd better hit that 80%+ accuracy
- Handling is much better than what other marksman rifles have so you can do better at close combat, but your goal is to be a sniper at medium range

It's a fkin sniper rifle with lowered damage for that sweet auto-fire mode, what tf was everyone expecting from it?
