No. Very bad warbond.
No! All the others are better.
outfits are nice, emotes are nice, secondary is alright smg is alright

average imo.

for weapons (meta) others are better. but surprise surprise warbonds are only like 20% weapons. people need to stop basing value on only weapons.

Every Warbond is good.(they have 1-2 essential carrys I will defend)
Some are A LOT BETTER than others.

It depends on your playstyle:
- bots-vs-bugs
- breacher(CQC)-vs-skirmisher-vs-overwatch.
- fab/hole-closer/jammer-assaulter-vs-enemyDeleter

Notable elements:
- deagle (lightweight pistol that is tuned to 1-shot troopers, but ammo efficient)
- SMG staggers Stalkers and ChargerButts
- impact-inciendiary
- Booster- resists slow from: (bile)spitters/spewers/titans, hunterTongues

Weapons are the only thing that have value when the armors are recycled perks. Weapons are the thing we MOST interact with so while they make up only a small part of the warbond they are the most important part. Variety that doesn't actually add anything new isn't variety, it is skins.

The concussive smg and the impact incendiary are the only actually new things. The smg is in many ways just a full-on replacement for the original smg since it is basically the same but with round effect and the incendiary 100% is a replacement for the borderline useless old incendiary. So while they are good additions in isolation they are bad for the game as a whole, nerfs incoming.
Depends on ones POV i haven't unlocked all of war bond so i am unable to say yes or no for entire offering. Those weapons i find are usable to me perhaps are not viable by any one else. Have a pleasant day!

It's mediocre. The pistol is alright, the grenade is good, the SMG is good, the rest wishes it was here for the weapon rebalance a few weeks back because they're clearly needing it.
No warbond was good. They're all dog s h i t, same as the AH CEO.

It is the lack of new armor perks that baffles me. This is the second warbond in a row that has failed to deliver meaningful armor to try out. The previous one should have had explosive-related new perks and the current one clearly should have involved movement enhancements/movement impairment resistance, but no, we got the stuff we have had since day one.
The booster seems like it might be a pretty big deal, and from what I've heard it's not a uselessly small modifier...
I would get Cutting Edge or Steel Veterans before getting Patrol Patriots

It's crap. Armor is not new (get elsewhere), SMG is OK if you want stagger. Grenade is OK but nothing really good either. Same with pistol. AR is utter trash, literally same stats than the base liberator but with slightly better handling.
Also they are bugged and they don't get full ammo on ressuply.
The booster is mediocre, at best.

Rest is cosmetic so it's up to you.

You don't resist, that'd be niche but not too bad. You make the slow last slightly less. Which is niche and mediocre.
to be fair all the warbonds are good but people just want to turn their brain off and win with no effort
