It's just different package of the same game for japanese people, which includes the japanese DLC. https://steamdb.info/sub/906471/apps/
Also, france is on the list but that's just because Steam have several version of France. Metropolitan France (the one steam "banned") is a political entity that is only made from the part of France that are on Europe (IE the actual France part of France). The one that include that part and the former French colonies that choose to stay part of France in the past (and are now under a different status than colonies) is still included and you can buy the game in France still, and all their territories worldwide (like French Guyana).
But yes, the 50% Hatred 50% Fear crowd are in the same boat as us now.
Sony shares have tanked 12% in a week. If they want to hurt their shareholders over this, so be it. It's their company. They can ban their games in WW if they want, so only the CEO plays them. Gaming is only 30% of their annual revenue after all, lol.
It's due to them recently paying dividends and the merger that's happening, just use google for few seconds, Helldivers 2 reviews caused absolutely 0% of that stock drop.
Or maybe they caused something like 0.0001%, but still, nothing.
Dude, Sony is still in Japan, they didn't "move". Their American division relocated to another city in America. That's all. Their Japanese HQ is still in Japan. And HellDivers 2 is still sold and played in Japan, whoever told you otherwise is lying.
