Polar Patriot weapons thoughts
Tenderizer - a toothpick-shooting gun with a misleading description, even a nailgun does better damage
if u wanna know how it feels to shoot this gun, think of sickle but u have to reload every 30shots

Pummeler - the better Defender, the only usable weapon right now in this warbond
can stun most medium and below targets, open them up for dps windows, including stalkers and devastators, if this get nerfed, this warbond is worthless

Verdict pistol - cant fill the role of Senator revolver
doesn't have medium pen, doesn't do nearly enuf damage, for what its worth, the quick reload and handy feeling isn't worth giving up the medium pen of Senator, why even make this a 1000SC warbond when Steel Veteran has a much better option.

Impact Incendiary - can't say for sure if this will be good or not yet since DoT is still bugged
but it might become meta if the bug is fixed

Purifier - a squad support weapon that does AoE stun, terrible consistency
tiny mag size, tiny mag count, tiny damage, tiny all around aside from the actual size of the gun(and snail-speed charge rate, similar to arc thrower)
but, it does have a similar role to the Punisher Plasma, however, since Pummeler does the exact same thing only without AoE, this gun is an absolute joke
I was hoping it'd do smth like Quasar cannon does with the charged projectile(insane anti-armor capability and damage with overheat instead of ammo count), but i guess thats just wishful thinking

overall this warbond is NOT worth it
if this get a discount, 500SC or so, Maybe its worth it
and thats a big maybe.
I hope this doesn't introduce Arrowhead to the scummy practices and make filler content

i really thought that they would include some Cryo-based weapons and grenades. Perhaps a nitrogen flametrower, cryo grenades, the tenderizer / pummeler / plasma would freeze enemies with their shots or at least inflict some of that exploding greenish plant's effects found in snowy planets,........guess i need to lower my already low expectations from these warbonds.

The armors look cool at least, but would make far greater sense for them to have some additional passives that let us traverse in snow terrain with ease

my ideas wouuld be
nitrogen thrower and cryo grenades to freeze enemies
and weapons like Verdict and Tenderizer willl do extreme damage when attacking frozen enemies
while Pummeler is fine no need rework
Plasma should instead melts frozen enemies, deal some sort of heat-base damage, like maybe chemical burn or smth?
or just go with smth like Quasar did

Dots were fixed. The incendiary nade is gold for me.
Verdict feels more like an alternative to the Peacemaker rather than an alternative to the Senator. It one-shots all the basic bugs/bots, so it's good for putting down several weak targets quickly. It's actually growing on me.

huh, i have a few times where bugs lived rent free why burning for long periods of time....
i do see its fixed in patch notes

Heard the weapons were utter garbage so I'm not buying it anytime soon.

I don't think the dot is really that powerful. The smallest bugs seem to always die if they, for example, walk through fire AND get set on fire, but I think if they just get a single tick of fire all by itself (like a single pellet from a breaker incendiary), I don't think it's enough to kill them.

I've been using a LOT of fire lately though, and I've definitely been seeing tons of bugs die to it overall, but some do occasionally survive long enough for it to wear off.

i do have a question tho
is impact incendiary affected by fire damage increase from ship upgrade?
I don't see it on the list

I'll give the Tenderizer this: It's highly accurate when auto firing on a target due to its low recoil, and it handles really well. It does it's (light armor) job adequately, and if it's backed my MG and EAT you've got a really well rounded load out.

It's really adept at sweeping into an area and dispatching a bunch of small targets before they can call for backup. That group of 4-6 scavengers that insta-call a breach when you shoot the first one can all be dispatched quickly enough to avoid the breech.

That ammo tho

I don't think so. As far as I'm aware, those ship upgrades only list what is explicitly mentioned. I definitely noticed my flamethrower damage go up when I got it, but I was also using regular incendiary nades and a breaker incendiary, and those didn't seem any different.
I wouldn't mind the weapons if we at least got a new armor type every new warbond.

... I do agree they are on a pretty bad state, they need a buff like hell. The SMG can actually go as it is... a buff wouldnt hurt, but it could actually survive as it is... But the AR, the handgun and the plasma gun need a urgent buff, they are simply bad, the AR above all, its literally a worse version of the base Liberator.

So please... if some dev is reading this, i do understand you probably created this warbond before the liberator and senator buff... Im not mad, i just HOPE youll buff them somehow, i believe that the AR making a bit more damage... Like 70 perhaps? or doing medium armor penetration... Even both you could say, the adjudicator is actually much better with its 80 damage, those 10 more damage really make a difference with a bunch of enemies... But anyway, at least one of those 2 would be needed.

Thanks for your time.
