which call ins can one shot a strider?
I hit a strider yesterday first with orbital laser and while it was getting roasted i also hit it with the eagle strike. And it tanked both. So after a couple minutes of running around getting utterly mauled by teleporting patrols, i hit it again with the orb laser and it still took a bit for it to finally die. So what combo do you have to bring to deal with it within one cooldown period?

you can throw an impact grenade in it's butt, it opens up a small vent that opens only when the big door deploys more enemies. Couple other weak spots. Check link for more info. https://youtu.be/kR4Cd658SD0?si=YknOrscvY9ltyThx

Also when the vents on the top are pumping/open any orbital shelling. A well placed Thermite will destroy the weakest points.
The Factory Striders? Nothing as far as I'm aware can truly one shot, but Eagle Airstrike can do solid damage, 500kg bomb if aimed well can hurt decently, railcannon is okay for it, Orbital Precision Strike (if you can land it) works well from what I heard.

Autocannon sentry can seriously put the hurt on a factory strider, assuming it doesn't get exploded.

I heard orbital laser can take out a factory strider, but it will use the *entire* duration of it.

Personally, my strategy is "hit iwth airstrikes, hit it with any explosive strategem i have, hit it with the heavy weapon, coordinate with the team to kill that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dead."
If you can get under it, the hatch is a weakspot. Anything like autocannon, lasercannon, etc, is capable of making relatively short work if you can be under.

I know there's a way to blow the side off with heavy anti armour weapons, but I don't know how. Doing that exposes the weaker insides, anything with medium pen or higher can do damage to those exposed parts.

ideally u have weapons that can remove the armour plates and expose weak points, or u take out the mini guns and run under its belly and lob an explosive into the factory where the adds come out.

well i just tried all that stuff in that video. Hit it with an eagle airstrike, had an AC sentry setup that did a good bit of work before it died.....then i died, respawned and then pumped probably 20-30 rounds into that thing in all the weak points that video said. I ran behind a rock and the thing came above me so i had a decent upward shot into it. Im really getting tired of this games bs. I just quit after 3 deaths and i still hadn't killed it. How does an orb laser not kill that thing on the first go round?

i just tried TWO STRAIGHT ORB LASERS. I give up. I don't know how to play this game evidently. I watched the lasers immediately key in on it....the thing was "FULLY" functional after two prolonged laser strikes. They are abs making this game complete fckery. I don't buy the "bug" arguments anymore...this is deliberate.

Yeah, with the revelation on who the lead balance designer is, that's more than possible.

But for taking out a Factory Strider, a possible solution is to use the Autocannon and shoot off it's miniguns under its' face.

Then run in under it's belly and shoot directly into it with the Autocannon, it'll take almost the entire magazine, but it should die.
