Autocannon sentry can seriously put the hurt on a factory strider, assuming it doesn't get exploded.
I heard orbital laser can take out a factory strider, but it will use the *entire* duration of it.
Personally, my strategy is "hit iwth airstrikes, hit it with any explosive strategem i have, hit it with the heavy weapon, coordinate with the team to kill that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dead."
If you can get under it, the hatch is a weakspot. Anything like autocannon, lasercannon, etc, is capable of making relatively short work if you can be under.
I know there's a way to blow the side off with heavy anti armour weapons, but I don't know how. Doing that exposes the weaker insides, anything with medium pen or higher can do damage to those exposed parts.
But for taking out a Factory Strider, a possible solution is to use the Autocannon and shoot off it's miniguns under its' face.
Then run in under it's belly and shoot directly into it with the Autocannon, it'll take almost the entire magazine, but it should die.
