Big wall of meh.
And 12 damage is all we got after that "DRM suck" poll?
Amazing.
That change to them made it so both reliably OHK devastators to the head.
Yup. CS is my main choice and its now even better. Bots drop like flies now.
Funny enough it wasn't a reliability thing.
It was that the damage they did could one shot, but only to a certain distance before damage fall off took it out of the one shot range.
DCS could reliably one shot devastators at ~30 metres or so. Problem is, why would you want a DMR dedicated for what's basically AR/SMG range.
The damage buff mostly served to extend the range of it, in a funny back-asswards way, still, a good change over all.
I did use DRM sometime at first and I was never impressed by how demanding it is for their pathetic payoff compare to Lib.
But eh, if it can one headshot devas now, maybe it's not trash tier anymore.
Still not rewarding for my taste tho.
As for decreasing magazine capacity on a bunch of guns with an increased spawn rate of enemies, just doesn't work well together. The spawn rates for armoured units was already way too high as it was, but now with limiting the ammunition you can carry, it feels like the devs are trying to turn the game away from being fun into what essentially boils down to Ukrainian Army Simulator 2024. Players will just have to resort to picking up and throwing snowballs, or modding their games so they can take their shoes off and throw those because to my knowledge, there isn't currently a method of throwing your weapons on the floor, putting your hands up in the air and surrendering to the hordes of enemies trying to kill you.
