That doesn't mean much because you can unlock premium warbonds relatively easily by picking up supercredits in the missions. If anyone on the team grabs supercredits, it's given to all helldivers on the spot.
After that, they've released two more premium war bonds, with the currently stated plan being to release a new war bond every month. Time will tell how long that last. As for if all of them will be premium, I'm going with a 95% yes as far as regular monthly war bonds go.
I have no basis on this but it wouldn't surprise me if a "Liberty Day" War Bond (so late October) was released for free, or maybe a one year anniversary.
Super Credits aren't that hard to get in game with just regular play, just got to hit up all the points of interest on a map. If you have some friends, just go into difficulty 3 missions and cover the whole map. Everybody will earn super credits, as well as whatever medals you find, you won't have to fight all the time to get to the points of interest, and there's no rare samples to take up super credit spawns. And if you're playing with friends then you can open up the bunkers.
Now the real kicker is if the war bonds are even worth the effort/cash to get them.
