It's good, just looks a bit funky.

Good armour for missions where you're defending a fixed point and don't need to run around a lot.

Not so hot for open, wide-ranging missions.

it looks hilarious, but I'm not convinced 200 armor is necessarily better than 150 with the fortified trait.
