I love the AMR (against robots), but even the biggest single buff we have ever seen to a gun with no "And then we nerf something" on top, does not make it worth bringing against the bugs, or better than my "Called it they can't nerf the ammo capacity because of the backpack model and double mag system" autocannon
You can like the fire increase buff and still hate that your favorite weapon got adjusted
They barely even got nerfed. People get too triggered when anyone kicks at their crutches.
The liberator penetrator getting a full auto is nice, but I would have preferred a decrease in medium armor spawns or something of the like, it's kind of just a bandaid
Glad other guns are getting buffed, was hoping Diligence would get something.
Dagger and scythe need a buff, should be in similar ballpark with others. 100/300 DPS vs the lowest 500 or not get hot as fast. Something needs tweaking.
Revolver should come with a zoomable scope.
Can AMR one shot hulk now?
Of course they do, they have spent a lot of time playing with it and enjoying it to have it changed on a whim.
Nerfs hurt more than buffs, if they want less backlash then they need to do what other games do or mmos do more transparent that there will be balancing changes to these weapons because of x. And the changes will be released on x date.
Let it sink in for a week or two and then it goes more smooth. What's really happen is the weapons team probably did what they did with the breaker, they said it wasn't overrepresented but when players do use it they tend to get more kills on average with it so they nerfed it to bring it into line.
So the new nerfs will just result in less kills to match everything else and the level of fun the player head before will now be worse.
There is a fine line between to powerful ruins fun and too weak ruins fun, the weapons now seem to be consistently under the fun line in the bullet sponge area, so adjusting weapons to fall in line with the other weapons when the other weapons aren't fun yet is kinda silly nerfs.
Quasar will be next on the nerf because it deletes chargers faster than the eat or recoilless, even if it's not overrepresented it's kill amount they track will lead to a nerf.
So balances are based on amount of possible kills. I don't agree with this type of balancing it makes every weapon feel generic.
You guys cant even bootlick right anymore
Should be zero. There is literally no reason to take controll away from the player because he may land on some high place and shoot a couple enemies from there.
Fire DOT, support weapons ammo pickups and personell mission adjustments are good changes. The rest are merely bandaids to cover real problems.
Almost agreed, I think it should be 1, not landing on the objective computers so your pod blocks screens is important. But they should fix that with a hit box that puts you in front of the computer not on it by locking movements.
100% on allow Helldivers to spawn on talk items out of reach, doesn't hurt anyone.
You call it bandaid. Because you prob don't care in generel about the gun. But for many others who are using it it is a huge buff.
