One tip for foggy dark planets: at extraction you can shoot the street lights and spotlights to improve visibility. And yes turn your flashlight off as well.
Yeah, I do it automatically when reaching objective areas now. I see other people doing it pretty often!
I agree, i need to shoot lights and lamp posts down everytime because they blind me.

Not before Nvidia update. Seems to me it's a Nvidia thing..
I heard disabling bloom helps, but it is still really bright sometimes. I also don't use flashlights at all. All my guns have them off or don't come with one.
