AMD Ryzen 5 3600 temps get hot when playing this game. Anyone else?
So this game seems to be the only game that is making my CPU AMD Ryzen 5 3600 get up to about 76C which is pretty hot. Now I play a lot of the other games such Horizon Zero Dawn, Last Epoch etc etc and temps are fine. Anyone else. My cpu idles at 35C and other games goes the highest at 65 or so. Just this game so weird. I'm still under the threshold but that's really getting a bit warm

Have you locked your fps?
Yes locked at 60fps
My GPU is 3060 12 gig and processor Ryzen 5 3600 and ram is 32 gigs of DDR4. When I end the game my cpu is almost reaching 76C and my GPU is at about 65C. It seems it's the engine is very cpu bound or maybe I need to change another setting playing at 2k vsync 60 fps locked and all settings highest

the ryzen 5 3600 has a temp limit of 95 c. you are fine.

Mine runs at 71 degrees c so seems normal, I just turn my fan speed up a bit. You could try changing some settings and see if that lowers your temps if you are that worried about it.
Don't lock FPS in game lock in nvcp and set 99% maximum processor state in power options

option 1; get better cooling
option 2; ignore it as 76 C is perfectly fine with a temperature limit of 95 C

The in-game frame limiter cooks your CPU, it's a known issue.

Don't use it, just set your monitor frequency to 60 Hz instead and enable V-sync in the game settings. You'll get normal CPU temps this way.

Disabled ingame fps limit
Enabled vsync ingame, I have a 240hz monitor so had to use nvidia control panel to limit my fps to lower so my cpu and gpu usage wasn't insane with the graphic settings.

Got my temps from 71-74 degrees c down to 63-66 degrees c

Temperature issues are allways a cooling issue or your motherboard overvolting your CPU .

game is CPU heavy not GPU heavy. However Temps should NEVER be a concern unless you have cooling problems.

Disable anythig that pass for turboboost on AMD side.
