“ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY.” The error occurs as a result of faulty or outdated device drivers, an issue in the RAM, a virus, a malware infection, or corrupted system memory.
Did you build the PC yourself?
You can try turning off XMP and seeing if the error still happens. You can try running memtest86 to see if there are any issues with your RAM. You can try running SFC/Scannow and see if there are any errors. You can try reseating the RAM. Updating your drivers. Reinstalling Windows. Run a chkdsk. Try a clean boot.
It could very well be the game since it has been causing crashes according to some people but yeah, maybe try some of those things.
Well I did experience a complete shutdown and restart when playing the game. Never happened before in any other game or in general. Then I checked the Event Viewer and it had a Kernel Power Critical Error as well. It's probably the anti-cheat. Who knows for sure. I have seen people complain about crashing with this game. You can try a few things I've suggested and see if any errors are found just to be sure. Usually that event viewer error indicates a bad or faulty power supply but in this case, I highly doubt it.
Kernel Power btw is not related to the Anticheat, it isn't even related to kernel access, it's most likely a failing powersupply, had that happen before after buying a new PSU it stopped.
Something on your end must be causing it.
Run diagnosis and check everything if it works as it should as something clearly does not.
Certain people are rather paranoid when it comes to the anti-cheat. What you described sounds more like something with your hardware is reaching its limits. In most cases it is either the PSU or some cooling need renewal. That can happen with demanding games which spike performance here and there if not kept in check e.g. with a FPS limiter.
Not sure why some players aim for astronomic FPS if their monitors cannot even display them.
I can recreate the CTD like clock work by picking up a thrown bot grenade, I've even had a crash throwing a stun grenade into a dropship.
Definitely feels like it.
For me a defective RAM module was causing all my BSODs.
And I had several Critical Events in the Event Viewer.
Such as Kernel Power and the same you had.
Test your RAM with MemTest86 and see if any of the RAM modules is faulty.
Good luck with fixing it.
