What is the right right left left stratagem?

I was messing around today and playing stratagem hero, and all of the sudden realized that despite the fact that I'm level 50 and have 100% every warbond and had done the inputs for the right right left left stratagem in stratagem hero hundreds of times that I had no idea what it was actually for. I now am assuming it's a reference to a stratagem from the first game, but it's been so long since I played the first game that I don't actually remember that one. I know it says "Orbital Illumination Flair" but have no idea if it is used anywhere in Helldivers 2 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3206866436

Judging from the name, it creates a big ol' light source, meant to be use in dark maps.
