You can get unreleased content by modifying a few lines in the config file. The anti-cheat has nothing to do with that and couldn't detect it even if it wanted to because it's not modifying anything in memory, or looking to exploit a memory address(oversimplified explanation, but you get the point).
Someone modded the game
Will probably get released when the Automaton Gunships show up, that's my guess.
...were the rockets red?
It is an unreleased weapon. I am not certain it will be released, it might be in the files because it was considered, but cut content as well.
It is also a nod to an 1980s action movie of the same name; "Commando".
In it there is a four barrel rocket launcher, first used by the girl in the movie, who fires the first rocket the wrong way because she holds it backwards. It is an Arnold Schwarzenegger movie. Its not very good to be honest, but it is a cheesy and quite legendary action movie all the same.
Well 1% are smart enough and can bypass the toughest anticheats, but at least it stops the 99%. Like in L4D2 for example, already abandoned by devs and that game is always flooded with cheaters you won't find a single match without cheats anymore.
