Charge time is significant disadvantage, you need to expose yourself for significant amount of time to use it.
It is slightly better than EAT if you meet heavy occasionally, but if you think to shoot twice NOW, EAT is better.
It'll outperform EAT only if 2 people are bringing it.
I think the EATS will still have a place given you can call as many as you want every 60 seconds or so.
Quasar will permanently take up your support weapon slot while using EAT means you can still bring other support weapon.
At most, its a side-grade to the recoilless rifle. EAT still exist in its own niche.
EAT still serves the function of instant theat response (given that you carry one). Quasar needs to charge and that can sometimes not be ideal.
