one as a secondary, instead of a pistol a combat knife/sabre/sword/tactical shovel/leg of a bug, no ammo, endless use, but, obviously short range,
and one as a support weapon, think the grav hammer or plasma sword from halo. or a massive zweihänder.
Bolt-action anti armour rifle, iron-sights only. good accuracy and damage, very low rate of fire.
"Sonic boom" shotgun, low range but huge knock-back., guaranteed ragdoll + broken head when it hits another helldiver.
Basically, if I die, I can send it to fly to where my dropped support weapon or equipment is and picked it up to pass to me while I run to another spot.
2. An exoskeleton.
If I wear it, it make me run faster and deal stronger melee attack.
3. A plasma cutter.
Similar to a light saber but longer and more staff-like.
4. A contaminator weapon.
Something like what the desolator in Red Alert 2 carried.
It's a weapon that shoots a ray that infects and dissolves the target from within.
When pumped into the ground, it cause the ground around the user to become toxic.

Besides that point, I would like to see a laser pistol that shoots out a fan-shaped beam that slices everything within that field in half.
I also thought a backpack with a spring loaded launching system that deploys a coil of barb/razor wire behind you as you are running. This will primarily act like the existing barb wire in the game by slowing enemies walking through it.
On a side note, I'd also like to see more environmental accessibility in allowing us to pick up more items in game:
For example, I'd love to be able to pick a poof-ball plant and lob it at the enemies since it seems to have more blast power than most of our weapons. I'd also like to be able to take a jump pack from a robot (head-shotted of course) and use it a couple of times before it ran out of fuel (which would be better than our model as well since it also performs way better than what we have). Or hop into an undamaged strider and use it for a short time.
Hell at this point, I'd settle for a duct-tape stratagem that would allow me to pick various plants and tape them to my body so I get some decent armor protection...

Description: The S-3 Recoder is a utility item designed specifically against the automatons. The recoder emites a strong electric pulse that recodes enemy automatons to, overload their systems permanently disable them/turn them against other automatons/ forcing them to run at other automatons and self destruc damaging them.
Statistics can be changed
Change Purifier to shoot when clicked, not be a charge up.
Secondary Crossbow that is silent, and can one-shot the small enemy.
The Constitution rifle with a bayonet. +2% xp for the glory of using this
Glue grenade, - like fire grenade, but have the flame be yellow, do no damage, but prevent the enemy from running or jumping
Harpoon with anchor chain, to prevent enemy from running or jumping.
Acid spray gun or grenade to damage armor.
Offhand weapon when using one handed weapon. Now you can equip the riot shield, why not a machette instead, or a vorpal sword, or an a diamond drill, or another pistol
